To our valued customers

Firstly we would like to thank all our clients for their continued patience and understanding during these uncertain times.

As of the 6th February 2021, we will not be allowing unmasked people into the clinic.

We will require all people entering the clinic to wear as mask as do all of our staff.  If you are unable to wear a mask and have an exemption, we will still treat your pet however, your pet will be taken into the clinic for examination and all communication with you will be either outside, or over the phone.

At the present time we are continuing to perform face to face consults with a limit of one client per consultation room.

Although, should the state move to level 2 public health and social measures, we will move to kerbside consultations and no clients will be allowed into the clinic.

We have made this decision to ensure we are best able to continue to provide a veterinary service to all our customers at this challenging time.

These times are uncertain, who knows how things will change in the future. We will keep you updated on any changes that will affect the way we operate or the services we provide, as soon as necessary.

Please continue to look after yourself and others, as we will get through this together.
